Currently providing behind the scenes support to our Consultants across our range of HR and Recruitment services, Michelle adapts quickly to meet and deliver professional support crucial to our client, and our team, success.

Experience:

For over 10 years Michelle has been a SME multi-site managing director. Her business was awarded nationally for achieving continuous growth, innovative marketing strategies and high levels of staff engagement and retention, in a competitive industry deeply affected by labour shortages. Having managed a team of over 30, Michelle knows the importance of creating cultures where employees thrive and businesses achieve their strategic objectives. Michelle has experience working in finance, hospitality, retail and beauty.

Michelle’s practical experience is supported by her Bachelor of Business (Management and Leadership) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
