Director and Principal HR Consultant of Envisage, Jodie has over twenty years of Senior HR, Consulting, Advisory, Senior Management and Recruitment experience.  Jodie is not your typical HR Professional, with a diverse range of expertise not only in HR, but Senior Management, Recruitment and as a business owner herself.

Businesses benefit from Jodie’s understanding of their challenges as business owners, but she is also able to offer them a true Advisory service covering all aspects in managing, engaging and retaining their people. Jacqui Edge

Senior HR Consultant

Having worked with executives and CEO’s across the corporate landscape in private, publicly listed and large mutual organisations, Jacqui has also been a small business owner for 6 years in a highly competitive and regulated market. As a business owner she intrinsically understands your needs, concerns and wants – and can bring a big picture strategic vision to your table.

Jacqui has managed teams of up to 25 people, planned and executed organisation-wide change strategies and extensively recruited for high performing teams. She understands the impact of poor performance and knows what a high-performance team looks and feels like.

With a professional background in administration and project management, she is a proven strategic thinker focused on delivering results aligned to your business needs.

Anita Boras

HR & Recruitment Consultant

Throughout her working career Anita has made it her mission to connect with people, to hear their stories and to explore their motivations.  She has held careers within Government, Non for Profit and small business with roles in criminal justice, volunteer co-ordination and project management.

These experiences have seen Anita engage with people from varied backgrounds and walks of life.  She is passionate about forming genuine connections and about matching people and / or organisaions for mutual benefit.  Anita is a firm believer in positive workplace culture, knowing it is what motivates and retains employees – and  a positive work culture is a surefire talent magnet!

Aside from her passion for people, Anita brings to the team highly tuned organizational skills which are innate and have been refined throughout her career.  Anita also considers learning to be a lifelong process, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology and Policies), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Bethany Thomas

HR Consultant

Beth is a Human Resources professional with a background in hospitality and IT and brings with her the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. With experience working in consultancy, recruitment, and learning & development, she is able to adapt quickly and deliver a high quality, individualised service.

 

Beth brings to the team a high level of interpersonal skills, empathy and professionalism. She has a passion for strategic business partnering and assisting to build a strong workplace culture through understanding the business needs and working to deliver superior outcomes.

Melissa Langley

Recruitment Consultant

With a background in Freedom of Information for over 10 years at the Royal Melbourne Hospital,  Melissa managed a small team working alongside lawyers, directors, and a variety of management providers. It was through this experience that Melissa found her true calling in Recruitment, when, in 2016, she spread her wings to assist with the recruitment of medico-legal doctors and administrative staff. 

After relocating to the Surf Coast, Melissa then worked as a recruiter with a disability provider in assisting with support worker placement.  Having also worked as a support worker for 5 years during her studies she knew how to spot the right person for the job. Mel has a ‘third eye’ for analysing candidates and ensures her candidates are a good culture fit.  Melissa uses her honed emotional intelligence whilst applying a high level of care and empathy when working with candidates, ensuring they align with values of the company.

 

Outside of work Melissa enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle, socialising with friends and spending time with her family and dog.

James Gulli

Senior Recruitment Consultant

James is an experienced Human Resources, Recruitment and Training professional with a natural ability to build strong working relationships and understand the needs of businesses. He has a diverse work history, engaging with business leaders across various industries to understand and drive business results. This has enabled him to develop strong business acumen and relationship skills, ensuring the customer and clients’ needs are met. He has been involved with supporting and helping businesses overcome and resolve people related issues.

Bernadette Uzelac

Board Recruitment Specialist

Bernadette is an experienced non-executive director and Chair in the government, business and community sectors with more than 20 years serving on boards.

She is the former Chief Executive of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce and previously operated a successful recruitment and human resources company, growing it from a regional start-up business to operating internationally for multinational clients and joint ventures in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Current board appointments include non-executive director of Latrobe Community Health Service where she has served as Chair of the Board Nominations Committee and is a member of the Board Governance Committee. She also holds several Victorian Government Ministerial board appointments – Trustee of the Kardinia Park Stadium Trust, Chair of the Kardinia Park Advisory Committee and Trustee of the Geelong Cemeteries Trust in addition to her role on the Telstra Victorian Regional Advisory Council.

Previous appointments include Chair of the Victorian Small Business Ministerial Council, Chair of the Geelong Tech School Committee, Board Member of G21 Geelong Region Alliance and Deputy Chair of the Committee for Geelong.

Bernadette is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.

Tamara McCarthy

HR Administrator

With a varied background of sales, marketing, accounts, administration and as a business owner of 10 years, Tamara draws on a range of experience and honed organizational skills to ensure the smooth and effective operation at Envisage HR Solutions. She’s all about the details, delivering high level results – and loves wearing her creative hat to produce marketing material. 

Tamara’s passionate about health and well-being, she loves bush and beach adventures, and all things culture.
