Jacqui Edge

HR & Recruitment Consultant

Having worked with executives and CEO’s across the corporate landscape in private, publicly listed and large mutual organisations, Jacqui has also been a small business owner for 6 years in a highly competitive and regulated market. As a business owner she intrinsically understands your needs, concerns and wants – and can bring a big picture strategic vision to your table.

Jacqui has managed teams of up to 25 people, planned and executed organisation-wide change strategies and extensively recruited for high performing teams. She understands the impact of poor performance and knows what a high-performance team looks and feels like.

With a professional background in administration and project management, she is a proven strategic thinker focused on delivering results aligned to your business needs.

Anita Boras

HR & Candidate Care Consultant

Throughout her working career Anita has made it her mission to connect with people, to hear their stories and to explore their motivations.  She has held careers within Government, Non for Profit and small business with roles in criminal justice, volunteer co-ordination and project management.

These experiences have seen Anita engage with people from varied backgrounds and walks of life.  She is passionate about forming genuine connections and about matching people and / or organisaions for mutual benefit.  Anita is a firm believer in positive workplace culture, knowing it is what motivates and retains employees – and  a positive work culture is a surefire talent magnet!

Aside from her passion for people, Anita brings to the team highly tuned organizational skills which are innate and have been refined throughout her career.  Anita also considers learning to be a lifelong process, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology and Policies), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Outside of work Anita spends time expanding her knowledge in her fields of interest which vary from social justice, politics, self-actualisation, crime and criminal justice.  When she’s not reading or watching documentaries, you will most likely find her in the kitchen preparing European inspired dishes for her family or at the athletics track cheering on her teenage daughters.

Emily Wolfenden-Carey

HR Consultant

Passionate about people and culture, recruitment, and strategy, and on the cusp of graduating from Deakin University with a degree in HR and Marketing, Emily has hit the ground running. With substantial administration, coordination and marketing experience under her belt, Emily is pivotal to the smooth organisation and operation behind the scenes at Envisage HR Solutions. She comes from a fast paced and dynamic Netball Coordinator role, and her team spirit, customer focus and high level of professionalism shine through at every moment.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys socialising, cooking up a storm, and travelling to new destinations.

Annie Feola

Recruitment Consultant

Having studied a Bachelor of Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management, Annie is passionate about building genuine relationships. With a particular interest in HR Strategy and Recruitment, Annie makes it her priority to truly understand our client’s business characteristics. By doing this, she achieves strong results in terms of candidate performance and culture-fit.

Annie uses her honed emotional intelligence whilst applying a high level of care and empathy when working with candidates. Annie has an extensive background working in fast paced customer service and administration. She quickly identifies stakeholder needs to achieve positive outcomes and prides herself on having strong organisational skills.

Outside of work Annie enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle and socializing with friends.

James Gulli

HR Consultant

James is an experienced Human Resources, Recruitment and Training professional with a natural ability to build strong working relationships and understand the needs of businesses. He has a diverse work history, engaging with business leaders across various industries to understand and drive business results. This has enabled him to develop strong business acumen and relationship skills, ensuring the customer and clients’ needs are met. He has been involved with supporting and helping businesses overcome and resolve people related issues.
