Catching up on Squid Game and seeing what all the fuss is about.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
The beautiful coast of Croatia.
How long have you been in industry?
10 years in Human Resource Management
What’s your favourite sport to watch or play?
Too many of them to pick! Football, Netball, Tennis and Basketball…keep going I love them all. If it’s a sport I will try to watch or play it… with the exception of lawn bowls. And cars going around in circles.
How did you get started in HR?
I took a maternity leave position doing recruitment at Woolies, and found the door that was for me. This is where I fit and I can make a difference. It marries with my coaching and outside passion of coaching and playing sport.
What do you think makes this workplace unique compared to others?
It aligns with my professional passion of partnering with businesses. Getting in there and understanding the business firsthand and making the right impact that the business needs. Coaching my clients to reach their full potential. I do this on the sports field, and in the office.
What is your favourite comfort food?
Mum’s schnitzel’s with vegetables, and gravy.
